1. Introduction Welcome to CC1 Creative Events Management ("Company"), an events design and management company. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

"Company" refers to CC1 Creative Events Management, its employees, agents, and affiliates.
"Client" refers to the individual or entity engaging the Company’s services.
"Services" refer to event design, planning, management, and related services provided by the Company.

3. Website Use

The content of this website is for general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
The Company reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the website for any user who violates these Terms.

4. Services Provided The Company agrees to provide event design and management services as outlined in the Client’s proposal or contract. Any changes or additions to the agreed-upon services may incur additional fees.

5. Booking and Confirmation

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 5 working days before the event date.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and signed agreement.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing.
If the event is canceled 10 working days or more before the event date, the Client will forfeit the deposit but will not be liable for additional charges.
For cancellations less than 5 working days before the event, the Client will be liable for 100% of the total cost.

7. Client Responsibilities The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate and timely information needed to perform the Services.
Ensure that all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals for the event are obtained.
Be responsible for any damages caused by attendees, vendors, or other third parties hired by the Client.

8. Limitation of Liability The Company is not liable for:

Any failure or delay in providing Services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or acts of government).
Loss, theft, or damage to property during the event.
Any issues arising from third-party vendors hired by the Client.

9. Force Majeure The Company shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.

10. Intellectual Property All designs, concepts, and materials created by the Company remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the provision of Services.

12. Links to Third-Party Websites Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience and do not signify our endorsement of such websites. The Company has no responsibility for the content or practices of linked websites.

13. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through mediation or arbitration in the United Kingdom.

14. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
