Meet Kelli - Founder of CC1 Creative Events Management
Kelli began her career in the British Army at the age of 16, serving for two decades as a Combat Medic. During this time, she completed four operational tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, where she developed outstanding leadership, medical, and organisational skills under high-pressure conditions.
Alongside her clinical responsibilities, Kelli consistently sought out opportunities to plan, coordinate, and deliver events. From formal and informal Warrant Officers’ and Sergeants’ Mess functions to the end-to-end organisation of military exercises, she demonstrated a talent for logistics, creative problem-solving, and meticulous planning.
After retiring from military service in 2022, Kelli transitioned into civilian healthcare and practised as a registered paramedic. Following nine years in clinical roles, she has now fully retired from frontline practice and is focusing her energy and expertise on a new chapter in the creative events industry.
Currently studying for a Master’s Degree in Creative Events Management at Falmouth University, Kelli combines a keen eye for design with a deep-rooted sense of integrity, professionalism, and dedication. She is approachable, highly communicative, and committed to delivering meaningful, well-executed experiences for her clients.
